    The vehicle was collected in the morning as agreed and I was supposed to receive a complimentary vehicle health check report and also a complimentary wash, neither of which happened. I was also told that the vehicle would be returned to me between 3:00pm and 4:00pm and I had to call at 5:15pm to see where it was to be told then that it wouldn’t be being returned to me until the driver finished at 5:30pm.
    Apparently, the vehicle being delayed on return was because the regular driver had booked a day’s holiday but this should have been noted well before the vehicle was collected as it has been booked in with you for at least three weeks.
    When the driver returned the vehicle he had no idea what had been done or if the vehicle was okay. Previously I have received a paper report of what was done or what was looked at.
    The service I have received is well below what I have previously received from a Volkswagen dealership.
    We had made plans to go out late afternoon which we had to cancel because nobody took the time to inform me what the situation was at any point during the day, which obviously there were multiple opportunities to do so.

Our Service Advisor, had advised at the time of collection that the vehicle would be ready later in the day. Unfortunately, this information was not passed along, which understandably led to some frustration when plans had already been made.

    Made to wait nearly 4 hours for a service and MOT. Asked twice for an update and no one got back to me. Ended up being a very stressful day due to lack of communication from staff

    Noone answer the phone, noone listened to the vehicle faults raised. A long way to travel to not get a good vehicle back. Unfortunately, I will have to use this agent again.

    We were served with respect . Although we had to wait for our car , we were able to help ourselves to a drink and had comfortable seating area . We are waiting for further work to be done , they will inform us when to return for this be done .

    The customer service is excellent, we came in for an oil change. The staff are kind and friendly. The car was washed, ready and waiting for us outside the reception door, we couldn't have asked for better service.
