    It’s my first new car outside of higher priced supercars or 4X 4 etc . I didnt feel the salesperson cared if I proceeded or not. They seemed to have less product knowledge than I had ( picked up through car magazine reports l,car wow and you tube video, and a few weeks on Ioniq forums). Which I felt made the experience a little dull.

    When booking the appt for the service we were asked if we required a curtesy car we said yes and we're advised that it was booked for us. I was very pleased with this as the journey to the garage was over an hour from where we live.. when we got there no one seemed to know anything about it and we were told to go and take a seat and have a coffee as there wasn't a car available. The seating area wasn't very comfortable for myself being a disabled person having to sit around waiting for over 2 hours. The service itself was informative via a video by the technician who said there were 2 non urgent issues that needed seeing to shortly...one being the rear wiper and the other being the body work. When querying this at the service desk nobody seemed to know what it was or showed any urgency to try and find out for us and told us not to worry about it. He then showed us the bill and asked us to pay the sum listed on it. I had to tell him it was a Motability car and we don't have to pay for the service. There just seemed to be a lot of staff milling about at the service desk not actually doing anything so I left feeling very disappointed and let down by the customer service side of things

    Very straightforward and made to feel at ease.simon makes me feel comfortable and he's very professional at his job.have dealt with them a few times and always feel they are easy going polite and understanding. Highly recommend.
