    We hand an excellent handover with Josh and another one of your team .Josh is brilliant at what he does and he respects the clients. The other young man was also very helpful.It was all a very good experience and when we went into the garage to get the car the way he presented it was awesome. We have never had service like this before and it made it very special. Many thanks to you all I'm so glad I came to Hawkins again.

    Car no charged or cleaned inside out and boot left open did not find out till 40 miles a hour how I didn't crash

    Excellent customer service & above & beyond to me. I was unable to get my car to them for the booked service, due to my health issues. I contacted them the day before & they arranged for it to be collected that evening & returned the following one. The gentleman who provided this considerate assistance, was most polite & understanding, as was the lady who arranged this.I am very appreciative & really pleased to have ordered my next Motobility car from the Penryn showroom, not Blackwater, as it's much closer to my bungalow for me to go to. I will highly recommend Hawkins Dealerships for outstanding service from start to completion for the purchase of anyone's next vehicle.

    I can't send a review in,as I haven't got my car yet. I have had mega problems with the Blackwater branch.i have telephoned numerous of times for an update. But very slow for their response.
    If I don't get any communication about my car. I'm thinking of cancelling it

    Poor. The Motorbility consultant made me feel very uncomfortable. Asking if I could afford the car even though I get mobility at higher rate, was not that interested in my custom clearly. Left me and my son in the rain to get keys then didn’t return but spoke to someone else. Then when I had decided he tried to process it on to inform me his accreditation had expired. All in all it was a horrible afternoon which just highlighted my disability and one I certainly did not enjoy. I have since found out there is a Citroen dealership in Penzance which is where I live and shall endeavour to only deal with them once I do have the car. The dealership in Blackwater sell Hyundai and Citroen and it was Hyundai that I thought might be suitable but it didn’t not suit my needs.

    An absolutely perfect, trouble free experience. We had some difficulties as we had sold our car a few days before pick up, but a loan car was sorted out for us. Picking up our beautiful new car was an absolutely joyful experience and we were treated like royalty. Josh was a delight to deal with and we would recommend him (and Hawkins) to anyone.

    I have always been extremely happy with the service until the recent collection of my vehicle.
    The broken rear wiper had been missed although I’d previously advised of it needing replacement. I never received a print out of the service report advising me what had been changed or toped up. The washer bottle was still on minimum. I had MOT at the same time again no paperwork with any advisories (I have actually looked on DVLA website and seen the advisory)
    On collecting my car back I asked about paperwork to be told, “I don’t work on this department but erm I don’t think there’s anything for you to have. “
    Absolutely not the handover I’ve had previously !

    Customer service was great.
    Since having the car now almost 2weeks and I've only managed to drive it back from the showroom.
    I just can't get the bite, the car I took for the test drive was different so I am now a prisoner at home unless my husband is available to either take me to a friend and then pick me up later.
    The personal Customer service is very good but no offence but I won't have a citreon again.
