    Was quite poor as car wasn't ready to collect 30 minutes after getting messages to say it was... Chelsea said that the messages shouldn't say this but they had her name on. Had to wait 15 minutes for car to be washed and left feeling cross. Chelsea also had a bad cough when serving us. A face mask would be good

    Had to sit and wait for a couple of hours for the service. The seating area is not comfortable for those with disabilities I was in a lot of pain sitting in the seating area. The chairs are not suitable for sitting on for this amount of time.
