As requested by your follow up phone call yesterday morning, even though I had received the confirmation emails for my vehicle MOT/Service confirmation. When I arrived at the Yeovil Branch, I was told there is no booking. Though as I explained on the phone yesterday, the receptionist & service team were apologetic & able to accommodate me.
