- Rating 5.0Oct 2, 2024Great experience from the moment I walked into the showroom to collection of my new Enyaq. I had the pleasure of dealing with Luke who quickly got me a test drive and after a 30 minute drive I was sold and loved the car that I ordered one before leaving.
Unfortunately I had to wait 8.5 months but there’s nothing Luke could do about that.
Luke could not be there for the handover as he was flying out to America so he had arranged for his colleague Jamie to do this. He showed my how to set up the MyŠkoda app and connecting my mobile phone to the car, showed me various functions on the big screen in the car.
I was surprised to find out that it was Jamie’s brother Kieron who sold me my first skoda back in 2017.
Any questions I had were answered via email which is best for me, I can’t thank Luke enough for the top service he has given me and Jamie for the handover.
I’m sure I will be back into another 3 years to see what Škoda has to offer.
I can’t wait to put some miles on the Enyaq and I don’t want to get out of it tbh haha.
