Our priority is to provide impartial, free guidance on the Motability scheme if you, or someone you care for, receives the Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment, to make sure we find the best fit.

    I had an appointment booked for 8:00am and didn’t leave until around 11:45am.
    The MOT was completed at approximately 10:00am, as stated on the paperwork. The only good thing is that I was given updates during the wait. However, the overall experience was still frustrating due to the long delay despite the early appointment
