    The dealership at stoke are a complete joke and the customer service department are rude and haven’t got a clue what they are doing

    Smooth service however the car has a large scuff mark that we were told would be dealt with on handover but it is still there and needs an overall valet.
    After speaking with Melissa at the dealership she said the errors would be resolved.
