From the first time we entered the show room and met up with the Mobility Advisor Ram Pallan we were made feel valued and respected.
Ram sat with us and asked if there was any vehicles we are interested in, and discussed our needs with aids and adaptions, plus any requirements for medical equipment that the hirer would be accompanied by.
With this knowledge he showed us around the vehicles we wanted to see and made sure we could get in and out with ease, and explained what benefits each vehicle had to offer in each range.
Although due to the current state of the economy the vehicle we wanted to test drive was unavailable as they were being made to order, Ram went the extra mile and got us a test drive at the BIG EVENT which we were attending later that month.
After we test drove the vehicle at the Mobility Big Event we went back to Holdcroft Dacia Wolverhampton and Ram booked us our new vehicle making sure the vehicle had everything we needed and our requirements had not changed.
Then on the day of collection we had a booked handover of the vehicle with Ram who showed us all around, helped set up things like phone connections and made sure the driver was set, by familiarising them with the cars controls and making sure the mirrors seat and steering wheel were all in the correct suitable position.
Would we recommend Holdcroft Dacia Wolverhampton? I have a lot of health issues and she really went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met and could be as helpful as possible. It dosent feel transactional there or like your a number on a piece of paper. It’s more like you’ve made a friend and Laura’s support even after getting my car one quick email I’ve one struggling with anything and if she’s in work that day, there’s a reply straight away. That’s the line of staff that keep people coming back.
