    Holdcroft Dacia Wolverhampton are friendly welcoming dealership.
    From the first time we entered the show room and met up with the Mobility Advisor Ram Pallan we were made feel valued and respected.
    Ram sat with us and asked if there was any vehicles we are interested in, and discussed our needs with aids and adaptions, plus any requirements for medical equipment that the hirer would be accompanied by.
    With this knowledge he showed us around the vehicles we wanted to see and made sure we could get in and out with ease, and explained what benefits each vehicle had to offer in each range.
    Although due to the current state of the economy the vehicle we wanted to test drive was unavailable as they were being made to order, Ram went the extra mile and got us a test drive at the BIG EVENT which we were attending later that month.
    After we test drove the vehicle at the Mobility Big Event we went back to Holdcroft Dacia Wolverhampton and Ram booked us our new vehicle making sure the vehicle had everything we needed and our requirements had not changed.
    Then on the day of collection we had a booked handover of the vehicle with Ram who showed us all around, helped set up things like phone connections and made sure the driver was set, by familiarising them with the cars controls and making sure the mirrors seat and steering wheel were all in the correct suitable position.
    Would we recommend Holdcroft Dacia Wolverhampton? That’s a BIG YES, they are professional, helpful, knowledgeable about adaptions and needs and make you feel like part of one big family.

    Very please from start to finish. Very polite sales person . Would recommend.

    No complimentary drink offered.
    A small wait at the beginning of appointment.

    I did have to call and was told someone would call me ..no one did so had to call again . Apart from this not too bad .
