    I left my car with the dealership all day, my car wasn’t cleaned after my service was done. I also didn’t receive my video Kam of the work that was carried out as promised by the dealership. I was 10 minutes late due to my illness and my car was pushed back till the end of the day and I was told that I couldn’t have my car washed, so that I don’t want to deal with Audi wolverhampton again.

    Your response is not good enough. I will attend a different dealership for the remainder of my lease.

    We were looking to get a vehicle, and expected a 4-6 month wait on the car we chose. However David did let us know that if we got a manual, we could get that literally the following Friday. Long and behold, we recieved it the following Friday. Absolutely class service from David, and the team who made the journey for us as seamless as possible. Well done everyone!
