    Not happy with the service provided by bmw Wolverhampton. I waited 3 months for a service booking with loan car and the closest date available was at the Wolverhampton branch so I took it. I usually attend the Oldbury branch who have been amazing from the get go. But, sadly very disappointed with the Wolverhampton branch. I arrived at the time specified by the branch (10:30am). Waited around 20 mins before someone attended to me. Took my drivers license and my key. They came back around 15 mins to give me the key to the loan car. I was given the key and headed over to the car alone (I was on crutches). To my surprise the car was absolutely filthy, both inside and out. The car looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years, dust, dirt, food everywhere. I touched the steering wheel and bits of chewing gum came onto my hand). I couldn't even see through the side windows that's how bad it was. Without going into too much detail- my health condition means i am very prone to catching infections. I was on crutches and I couldn't walk back to the reception desk (the car was parked at the entrance of the car park not close to the reception) so I called the contact number and explained how I wasn't happy. The service advisor came out to me and sent the car to wash, again I had to walk back to reception and wait an extra 30 mins. When the car arrived back to me, they had quickly washed the outside but the inside was still an absolute state with food and dust/ dirty everywhere. Nothing from the inside had changed. At this point I was so upset I just drove home feeling really on edge. I am shocked and very upset at how I was treated with a loan car. The car was filthy. I have pictures of the car inside and out. I won't ever visit Wolverhampton branch again. First and last. Not been able to sleep properly since the incident.. not happy at all.
