    They never told us that in January the bar tyre was worn when it as getting its service. No one advised us of this. We’ve also never had a courtesy car ever from them. They pick up the car and keep it all day even if the service or not is at nine oclock in morning and they keep it all day.

    For future reference, we do offer a range of appointment types, which we would always advise booking in advance, as convenience appointments are always extremely popular.

    We offer a collect & deliver appointment (we collect the vehicle from the address on file within 10 miles of us and return it back to you later the same day), a While you Wait appointment (a 2-hour timeslot where you can wait here for your vehicle to be ready within - 8:45am, 10:30am or 2pm) and a courtesy car appointment (you bring your vehicle in to us and bring your driving licence so we can add you to the insurance of the vehicle). We also have an all-day drop-off appointment, but this is not convenient for everyone.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to supply a courtesy car for collect and deliver appointments as the insurance paperwork has to be completed on site with us.

    We do strive to accommodate all of our customers' needs and are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
    Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will be reviewing our processes to improve our service and ensure everyone is aware of the many appointment types we have when booking with Threeways Garage.
