    Initially I was disappointed as I had arranged to stay while my car was serviced and have the recall work done. I had been told it would take 1.5 hours but in reality it was going to take 4.5 hours. I was therefore upset that I had not been given the correct information. As I am disabled I could not envisage staying so long. However, the manager understood my disappointment and arranged for me to return to have the recall work done. This seemed the best solution.

    PHIL @THREEWAYS GARAGE ABERGELE HAS MADE THE SELECTION AND APPLICATION SO SMOOTH AND A HUGE WEIGHT OFF MY SHOULDERS AS I EXITED THE GARAGE AFTER CHOOSING THE CAR REG PLATE AND SIGNING UP ITS JUST THE CALL TO SAY COME COLLECT THE NEW VEHICLE AND KEYS IN THE COMING DAYS NOW THAT IM LOOKING FORWARD TO SO THANKYOU SO MUCH PHIL.GENUINE.UNLIKE MANY SALESMEN WHO HAVE THEIR COMMISSION ONLY IN MIND.REFRESHING FRIENDLY SERVICE AND PATIENCE WITH ME.CUSTOMER SERVICE 2ND TO NONE

    Ordered windscreen wipers last December and still waiting so when the car went in for a service 9 months later I said “Please don’t forget the wipers”. Got the car back and the wipers have still not been changed. During the service, the mechanic said that the back brake discs needed changing due to rust. They did not need changing on a 2 year old car on 23,000 miles. Apart from that then no issues from me
