    Friendly staff, good tea/coffee facilities, plus they gave my car a good wash before handing over from the service/mot...but my one criticism would be, not enough automatic curtesy cars for disabled drivers like myself. Not everyone can or able to drive manual cars. (I have left hip problems)
    Solve that little problem, and 5* given.
