    Generally not a very well organised setup & difficult to get through on phone - messages not getting passed on or being ignored. Confusion over booking of courtesy car. Service used to be 5☆ when they had collection service, now only 3☆

    The issue I asked to be looked at was not completed satisfactorily. Also a service on a mobility car has always come back having had a full clean inside and out which my vehicle did not.
