- Rating 1.0Jun 29, 2023I booked my car in due to faults, namely the car isn't charging properly. It's constantly saying it's interupted. There was a knocking from the suspension and a service was due.
I collected my car yesterday. The charging issue hasn't been addressed at all. I was just told that it's had a software update and to book it in again if it still happens!! Surprise surprise it's happened! The suspension was repaired and although a service was undertaken, one of the front tyres is just at its legal limit and the wiper blade needs replacing. I also haven't had the video of the health check either. So disappointing given the cost of the car. I'd expect a much better experience. Also, a clean of the car inside and out should be standard practice. If VW offer it, then surely Volvo should!
