    The communication via email was excellent, keeping me fully updated. Special shout-out to Mark, who picked up the car ; he was really courteous, kind, and professional throughout. I appreciate the effort a lot; it made the whole process stress-free.
    I’ve been with Audi for six years now and have always loved the cars and the service here. It’s a real shame that Audi won’t be continuing anymore;; I would have happily stayed with them. Now the Motability want British companies instead ; Why switch from German to British engineering? One builds rockets, the other builds excuses.

    It was lovely and welcoming but I had to wait 6 hours to pick up my car and when I picked it up at the end of the day I was told my car was having a vacuumed and valet and when I got in my car they only quickly vacuumed it the car itself had not been cleaned
