- Rating 1.0Apr 16, 2024Motability are always fantastic. However the dealership continues to keep picking up faults with my vehicle although its top notch condition and driven always sensibly. Im starting to think if its audi that are the issue. The dealership advised that the clutch is not working as should be and quoted motability £3k. Clutch is perfectly fine. The lady i spoke to in dealership also drove it and said the clutch is just spongy and need investigation. I also had an electrical fault with the vehicle which is a system fault and they quoted motability a lot of money for although its a system fault and are common in the q2 models. I think audi are ripping motability a new one and taken full advantage and making money on them. New car application is now not with them. Happy to hand the car back in. Motability you are fantastic as always.
