    The Service was carried out competently and satisfactorily as far as I can tell and the public facing Staff at the desk (Charlie and Jack) were super kind, polite and helpful. Unfortunately an intransigent attitude in Senior Management and Company policy manifested by a refusal to collect the car from home (because its 2 miles beyond the arbitrary limit) - even in the face of my severe disability undermined our loyalty to the brand.
    However, I want to emphasise the professionalism and kindness by the Staff at North Wales Seat. They were so very helpful and compassionate.
