    Front of house customer care is excellent. However, I asked for Adblue top up and screenwash refill. I struggle to do either due to my disability. Neither were done in addition to the main service. Wish I could give 5 stars.

    Ben has been brilliant with me from day 1. I am autistic and I need to communicate through email so as not to become overwhelmed. Ben was brilliant and sent me a video too and has emailed back and forth. Honestly a brilliant experience. I’m really grateful for his customer service. Anxiety levels have dropped considerably!!

    The young lady that dealt with me was very helpful and pleasant,
    but why does it take over three hours to do an MOT?!!!

    Hi Phillip, I'm glad that we looked after you, I'm sorry that the MOT took too long, we average around 90 throughputs per day in that workshop and sometimes we cant get right onto your car if we have not completed the job before it, the MOT itself only takes an hour, sorry that you had to wait.
