    They have retained the van saying it was not driveable and are not responding to enquiries about when it will be ready again

    Front of house customer care is excellent. However, I asked for Adblue top up and screenwash refill. I struggle to do either due to my disability. Neither were done in addition to the main service. Wish I could give 5 stars.
