I was told that I could have an appointment time of 10.40am
When we handed over the car I said again that I would be waiting and was told it would be 1 hour to 1 and a half hours maximum
At 11.30am I asked and was told that it hadn’t even been started and it would be another 45 minutes
At 12.15 I had to go to the desk again and was told it would be another 15 minutes
By 1pm no one has come over to me so once again I went back to the desk and this time I asked why it wasn’t done yet and was told in these works “well there must of been a delay in the garage so that is that” to which I replied well it’s not a case of that is that I’m say here in a wheel chair in agony for 3 hours to which I did then get an apology
It is disgraceful that not only were they aware it was a Motability car with a disabled owner, I had arranged a time and no one came over to update me on delay
