My experience with Capitol Skoda has been very good. My second Motability car from them was going in for a MOT due to the fact that my third Motability car,from Skoda, is not due to be delivered till May. Hayley dealt with me on the day and kept me informed during the time to how things were progressing. She updated all the paperwork for the car for Motability. Shirley (receptionist)phoned me early the next week to see if everything was OK. I found it lovely that she remembered me and my disabled son from when we were in the dealership last year for an oil change.
