    The customer service from everyone was amazing but mostly from my sales person Peter Kibble he was great. The whole thing was so quick and easy and this is something I normally would feel very anxious about but it was the best and easiest experience and I'm so excited for my new car

    If I could fault, the car was not as clean as I thought it should have been, glue on windows dust on dash and seats not clean at all, although Jason on sales was brilliant

    Service department lady who dealt with us needs to accept that she made a mistake
    We waited 3 and a half hours for our car to then find out it had been sitting in the car park for over an hour
    She tried to tell me that she said 3.30 when in fact she said she would come and get us
    She then proceeded to say she thought perhaps we had gone to greggs or somewhere else
    Total tosh we both have mobility problems and walk with sticks
    Surely they are quick enough to send texts to show the service had been done it seems common sense to send a text to say the car is ready
