Josh at Griffin Mill Peugeot was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish he was helpful, informative, and genuinely patient. He took the time to sit in the car with us and explain every single detail clearly, without ever making us feel rushed.
I worked in sales for over a decade before moving into a career in aerospace, so I recognise excellent customer service when I see it — and Josh is truly a credit to your organisation. He treated us like family, not customers, and showed real understanding and compassion around my health issues, which meant more than I can say.
Despite the frustration caused by the DVLA tax system being down — which meant the cars couldn’t be taxed and we had to travel down twice while I was unwell — Josh handled everything professionally and with empathy. He even apologised personally for the inconvenience, despite it being completely outside of his control.
He also made it clear that we’re welcome to go back anytime, which really says a lot about his approach and confidence in the service he provides. I will definitely be returning to Griffin Mill and will be recommending Josh to friends and family without hesitation.
I’m now just hoping Motability return my advance payment soon in line with the pro-rata rules, but that in no way detracts from the exceptional service Josh provided.
If I could give ten stars, I would without hesitation. Highly recommended.
