    Excellent service Just on little thing. I booked in for 08:00 and the instructions were to arrive 10mins prior to appointment. Which I did but you don’t open till 08:00 😀. No big problem. Oh and then the MOT technician was running late so didn’t start MOT till 08:30. So I had to drink more coffee Joking aside always great service thanks

    Spoke to a lady in Bridgend in November give me a date but hadn’t booked me a slot got to garage 9am told me I had to wait to take car home 6pm I am very unwell and after they could see my disability they slotted me in no tyres in stock did my mot even though not due till march

    My experience was fine until the young mechanic left me a FU thank you gift on my seat, in the shape of glove with the middle finger inflated up.
    My little eight year old was in the car with me and seen it also.
    Not very nice at all!!
    All because I was watching him work through the window, when my car was on the ramp as I was interested seeing underneath my car.
    You’d expect that appalling behaviour from a back street garage, but not a professional company like Mercedes-Benz.
    Took it straight in and showed Simon.
    I’m upset and appalled.
    Terrible service.
