    Fantastic experience from beginning to end! They really go that extra mile at Bassett Nissan Swansea, I ordered my car through Shane and honestly he made the whole experience so lovely, he kept me in the loop every step of the way, video messages and calls while the car was on order, to a big grand reveal of my new car on collection, he made sure I was comfortable with the car before driving off, also the manager introducing himself and making sure that everything went smoothly before you leave was also a very nice touch, the whole experience from beginning to end was like nothing I’ve ever experienced elsewhere, I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!
