    Original call handler was great when first booking vehicle in. Vehicle was kept all day with three recalls carried out,im sure im supposed to be informed of any outstanding recalls... no update whatsoever throughout day until I called, spoke to service advisor and I said there's a puncture n/s/r he said no its fine however after telling him I've watched citnow video which clearly shows this he run to technician who then confirmed this, car was returned without tyre being changed which I had to drive around for a few days before I could get booked in and vehicle was returned with 5 miles of fuel.
