    Staff member lied about phone calls to us,no record on either of our phones.piccys taken not good enough for motability, then they were,not told car was ready until we went to have more pic ys taken, double booked time od pick up, then not.
    No handover of car and had to get another member of staff to show us,and he spent time showing us what was needed.fourth car from Paul Rigby and second mg.second thoughts in future,not agood salesperson.
