    It was booked in a month early to get early return of vehicle by midday , only to be told there where 15 others for mot and could not give a time , eventually 2 pm of the two small fault to be rectified on return the auto tail lift was still not working , so had to re book for investigation taking up another whole day to rectify,

    I can’t give Paul Rigby Volvo Erdington a more glowing review!
    I was called weeks in advance to be booked in for my MOT and Service. As a motability customer I was offered a pick up and drop back option which I gratefully accepted.
    The day before my date I had to make a Dr’s appt and the first available time was 9am on the 18th - the same as my Volvo appointment. I called Volvo explained to the lady who answered and asked if I could drop off my car after my Dr appt and she said I could, not a problem anytime after 9am.
    Went to the docs, waited an hour 🙄, doc wanted me to have urgent bloods but the Nurse wasn’t in. Sent to the hospital! At 11.30am I still hadn’t had my bloods done so I called Volvo and spoke to a lovely young man called Callum. I told him my predicament and he came up with a solution. He booked me in to drop my car off at 9am the following morning (Saturday) and it would be ready by 12. Not once was I made to feel like it was an inconvenience.
    On dropping my car off and collecting it - clean and shiny - the lady at the service desk, whose name evades me, and Callum were lovely and friendly.
    I used Paul Rigby Volvo Erd for the first time last year and had the same more than satisfactory experience. This was a little surprising as prior to this I had used Johnson’s Volvo Solihull whom I had to complain about on several occasions. The way I was spoken to and the way I was made to feel as a Motability customer by the staff at Johnson’s Volvo - undervalued and inconsequential.

    Had a great experience with Paul Rigby. They went above and beyond by collecting my car for service and then dropping it off, which was extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They made sure to keep me informed throughout the process, which was appreciated. And to top it off, they even cleaned my car during its service! I was very pleased with the exceptional service received. Highly recommended - thanks.
