    When collecting car after service I enquired to check the work on front and rear wipers had been completed re my telephone conversation.
    It hadn’t been done but was then.
    Glad I asked!

    My vehicle was booked in for its first MOT at this dealership .. It was a waiting appointment, so I arrived at 08:10, 20 Minutes before my scheduled time .. The front of desk service advisors were great & I had no issues with them .. I did have an issue with the result of the MOT .. I was told it had failed on a cut in the tyre that was down to the wire .. The dealer advised they didn’t have that tyre in stock, so I had to go to the local Kwik Fit depot and wait for a slot to become available .. The Kwik Fit staff were brilliant and once they removed the tyre that was supposed to be damaged, I viewed the tyre .. The, supposed cut was very small and it was in the centre of the tyre tread .. visually It was definitely not down to the wire And there was at least 6 mm of tread left on the tyre .. There were some faint cracks on the tyre, but nothing that would impair the safety of the tyre .. I also would like to add that the tyre did not have a puncture ..
    Being an ex MOT Tester, I was extremely disappointed that the MOT had been failed because of this .. Once the tyres had been replaced, I then had to go back to the dealership for the vehicle to be checked and it’s MOT certificate issued ..
    I have completed this feedback as I feel Motability needed to be made aware of this .. What should’ve been at most an hour and a half appointment turned into the whole morning before getting the passed MOT certificate ..
