    Had to get a taxi both ways to drop and collect the car. Wasn't offered collection, I later found out they do collection for mobility customers however I wasn't offered it

    Very good at Service from Sytner Oldbury, I ordered my new car, which was quick and easy, kept me up to date, had a few issues which are being resolved by the dealer. Tried to charge me an extra £250 towards my advance payment, as the prices increased, after I had already ordered my new vehicle, this is now being sorted. Apart from this the service has been great.

    Luke Massey is a lovely person who made the entire experience effortless, efficient and enjoyable. He was polite, friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The handover was such a special moment that I’m very grateful for. He even stayed after the showroom was closed to ensure he’d answered all my questions and that I was completely satisfied. He went the extra mile and provided me with excellent customer service throughout the entire process and even afterwards.

    The day of pick , I was very disappointed as the wrong colour and material was ordered. Now I have start all over . BMW could not care less for getting it wrong .

    Upon arrival in the morning, I noticed that while the sales staff were present at the front, there were no introductions or greetings. Instead, I felt I was simply looked up and down. This was a stark contrast to my previous visit when I was purchasing a vehicle, which felt much more welcoming. I understand the nature of sales, but it came across as unprofessional and dismissive.

    When booking my service, I was informed that it would be completed within two hours. However, on the day, I dropped my car off at 9 AM and was then told it would be ready by 2 PM at the latest. At 1 PM, I received a call stating it would be ready for 1:30 PM, but when I arrived on time, it still wasn’t ready.

    Despite opting out of the complimentary video, one was still carried out, causing further delays. Communication throughout was unclear, and by 2:10 PM, I was told it would take another 5–10 minutes. This lack of accuracy and transparency was frustrating, as I had planned my day around the original timeline.

    Additionally, I found the attitude of some staff members, particularly Steve, Luke, and Manisha, to be quite rude. Given that this is a Motability car, which I clarified three times prior to the service, I was surprised that when my car was finally ready, the staff still expected me to pay. This added unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

    Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that improvements can be made in communication, customer interaction, and service efficiency.
