    We had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing our car with Luke at BMW! From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Luke made the whole process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His friendly approach and attention to detail really stood out, and he went above and beyond to ensure we drove away happy and confident in our new car.

    However Peter and then Craig, both waste of time and brings the company down. I understand Peter left, but no-one made us aware and when handled to Craig, he was supposed to inform me of the car etc. still never had any responses even after calling several times. Only downfall I regret is paying for a panoramic roof which I was NOT told that it won't open. So I paid for an option for no reason to me. I wasn't made aware of this.
    Once Luke took over, everything was smooth.

    It could not be said everything was good.
    They did not replace the brake pads.
    They said it was because you are very strict.
    They told me I can still drive with these pads for a few more weeks.
    The car’s navigation map was not updated.
    Again, because you did not approve it.
    BMW offers free car washing service.
    Unfortunately, they only make the car wet.
    Every time I complain, they say That’s what we offer
