    Steve in service was absolutely fantastic, he welcomed me with a smile and made me feel rest assured and he understood my needs, I felt a warm kind welcome and immediately I felt my anxiety disappear, I’d had a very challenging journey that day, and I felt confident and assured in Steves understanding approach, I could immediately place my trust in him - Steve found the mechanical problem that was setting off all the sensors in my car for a while now, a mechanical fault no one else could previously detect, and i was very happy and relieved, he’s exceptional skills and ability to recognise the fault on my car are excellent with amazing along with great customer service, Steve is a reliable valuable asset to your organisation and I feel hes ability needs to be recognised, he’s absoloutly brilliant.

    Izzie was lovely and polite, she was warm and welcoming and offered me a coffee, which was comforting. I felt at home.

    Luke head of business was great he was understanding and helpful, totally reliable and trustworthy, and I felt the care for customers as a priority, and that BMW as a brand are not just about money, the customer comes first, and it bought a tear to my eye. I just want to thank you all for meeting my needs.
