    EXCELLENT customer service from this wonderful company. Always friendly staff, always a courtesy call days before your service etc to check date still suits. And the lovely lovely guy who comes to collect my car is SO kind & caring. He is respectful & as he understands my health issues, he comes upto my flat to collect & return my keys. I think his name is Martin, & I look forward to seeing him again next year already.

    I found the dealership to be slow and although they knew why I was going in they had not ordered the part I needed.I have had my car MOT passed but still have not had the original issue resolved

    Absolute joke of a company. Been waiting since September to have a scratch repaired that the garage caused whilst in for a service. Messaged multiple times and been fobbed off and ghosted after they keep saying they will sort it. Avoid at all costs if you can.

    Friendly polite staff , i decided to wait with the car , was a little delay due to software upload, but apart from that all good , pleasant area to sit and wait with unlimited tea and coffee

    Everything went perfectly with handover. Richard Bissett showed us everything about the car and answered all our questions we needed to know about the car he also explained about the handbooks QR codes and lock nut key before we drove off. Excellent 100% all round.
