    Bad communication from dealership .. nightmare to contact always told with a customer I send a email … don’t get calls back from that or a call back if leave message on answer machine ( that’s management too) no lead by example .

    One day I tested the phones parked on carpark sales man at desk phoned and another member said he busy with customer I’ll email him ..

    Annoying thing is sales man will ignore you because he is Peugeot and you want say Citroen or ds but it’s all same building no one willing to help you out or answer simple questions..
    Also say in a meeting never known a company have so many meeting . Should be selling and helping customers/ Clients etc

    Will I go back ! NO
    will I recommend ? NO

    I myself was glad to get out the place and away from grief and stress

    I recieved a great experience from Robert Mcloughlin. considering it was my first time in a car showroom it was a wonderful experience. To been introduced to the car I had chosen. he made the entire motorbility appointment from the beginning to end and the handover a wonderful experience. He explained everything in details anything I didnt understand he would tell me again. His customer service was welcoming with a smile and a bubbly approach. I had a lovely advisor and My DS Experience will be a day I will never forget as a first time customer and being introduced to Ds. I really had a great experience.

    Excellent customer service from Rob! He was very thorough and really took out his time to answer any questions. Was great on keeping us updated whilst we were waiting for the car and has been great even after collecting our Ds4 ! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better salesman someone who genuinely cares for the customer and is very down to earth! Thank you rob

    I leave 4 stars just because the management are not the best they can come across a little rude and unwilling to help with queries. It’s unfortunate that the management are this way because it would have made the experience that much better but rob really did make up for it all!

    The 1st 2 visits we didn't feel valued as staff seamed un knowable aBout new ds4 and not helpfull at all.. after complaining we where put in touch with Sara she is a blessing for this dealership.. nothing is to much for her.. very helpfull and explained everything in detail and made the latter part of the experiance joyfully.. weldone sara
