    Initial phone call to Roy was pleasant and reassuring told me what was required and made the appointment. Very efficient communication well explained every step showed me cars was more than pleased just waiting for car to be ready

    Excellent service thank you. Easy check in with key drop. Front desk was helpful and informative. Service included a video of inspection which I felt was a very useful way to explain and communicate as having a visual insight into the vehicle checks shows clarity and integrity. Having a loan vehicle meant I could still attend my hospital appointment and the whole process was efficient. They finished two hours earlier than estimated and kept me updated along the way.
