    We have been customers of Arbury Nissan Bromsgrove since early 2018. My partner and I have ALWAYS found the staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always keen to help. My most recent purchase was dealt with by Mr Richard Davies, from the moment we met to the time of handover, he kept us up-to-date and called us every 2 weeks to update us or see how we were! From our first meeting Mr Richard Davies insisted we called him “Rich”, which we did. Rich became a family member, we had lots of laughs during the order and handover. On the morning of handover, I enjoyed countless free hot drinks and then Rich took me out to my new car and run me through ALL the controls and where to find them. We look forward to our next dealings with Arbury Nissan Bromsgrove, and hopefully Mr Richard “Rich” Davies. Thank you Rich and all the other members of staff who have put up with me. 😄😄😄

    You have come to Nissan Branch 18 Buntsford Dr, Bromsgrove B60 3AJ. On December 6, my appointment at the company was at 11:30, and we were greeted by a comfortable employee. Frankly, I forgot her name, so the date and time were mentioned. The employee was very friendly and more than wonderful and deserves appreciation. I had a problem with my papers and date of birth, and she struggled a lot to solve my problem. I am very grateful to her.
