    Thomas was polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My car was MOTed, health checked and washed all within a couple of hours. Kept informed via text message and a link to follow the progress then contacted by telephone to let me know everything was done and ready to collect.
    Lovely place and the staff are wonderful.

    Always poor service from TL Darby VW. This was at least a slight improvement. They were sure an MOT and recall would be done by 5pm. I said I didn’t believe them so they relented and booked a 2 day courtesy car. And surprisingly (not) the car wasn’t ready. So thankfully I learned not to listen to them.

    Trying to get us to pay for things covered by motability was especially poor form seeing as some motability users are particularly vulnerable and may not be aware of their entitlements.
    Communication was polite.
    I did not appreciate having to reschedule the appointment the night before my original date because they’d only just thought to tell me about a recall.
    We really cannot recommend a motability supplier any less than this place. They are appalling.

    Excellent customer service. I suffer with a range of mental health conditions so even entering a dealership never mind ordering my first mobility car. Sean Bunting was fantastic, he recgonisee when I was struggling, offered reassurance, anything he could do to help he did. A massive thank you to Sean at the Burton upon Trent branch!

    Had to wait almost 2 years for our choice vehicle to arrive during which time communication from the dealer was poor. Handover however was really good. Our opinions of the dealer improved greatly
