My car was MOTed, health checked and washed all within a couple of hours. The Read Hyundai Motability Team - Rating 1.0Sep 18, 2023Always poor service from TL Darby VW. This was at least a slight improvement. They were sure an MOT and recall would be done by 5pm. I said I didn’t believe them so they relented and booked a 2 day courtesy car. And surprisingly (not) the car wasn’t ready. So thankfully I learned not to listen to them.
Trying to get us to pay for things covered by motability was especially poor form seeing as some motability users are particularly vulnerable and may not be aware of their entitlements.
Communication was polite.
I did not appreciate having to reschedule the appointment the night before my original date because they’d only just thought to tell me about a recall.
