    Really poor service from the moment I tried to call and constantly got cut off every time the call centre tried to transfer me to burton branch. Arrangements made to collect the car but nobody turned up. When we chased it they said there were no staff and out of the pick up range (despite picking up on several occasions before). Booked car in for following week but no text confirmation was sent. When I called again the following day to confirm, the telephone booking was not on the system. I then arranged to drop the car off myself at burton branch he following week to be told when I got there that someone had tried to collect it at 9am but nobody answered the door. The service manager told me he could see a double booking on his computer system and usually checks these the day before but nobody contacted us to say there was a double booking.
    I then waited in burton as I was assured it would be ready in 2 hours and it took almost 3. I took a days holiday to sort the MOT on behalf of my disabled father but this was totally avoidable if procedures were simpler and you could call the actual branch that you want to speak to directly.
    Considering this service is for people with disabilities, the process is difficult from the moment you try to call. I will not be having a Citroen again due to the terrible after sales service.

We greatly value our reputation for delivering excellent customer service and therefore it is disappointing to receive feedback of this nature. I will review your visit with my team and see what lessons we can learn. The only point I would make is that any customer who has a waiting appointment is given an approximate completion time however these can vary due to the complexity of modern cars. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused by our actions.
