    We chose and collected the Motability vehicle for our son using Vertu Citroën Burton.
    Thomas, the Motability specialist, was excellent. Using his professional knowledge of the scheme and the vehicles, he guided us through the process and ensured we had all the information to make a choice.
    Thomas was very knowledgeable on EV's and, using that knowledge and asking the right questions, helped us to choose an EV that is right for our son's and family needs.
    Thomas was polite, professional and good-humoured throughout the entire process.
    There were significant delays, confusion and doubts over the availability of our choice of EV after we had ordered. This was entirely down to the Manufacturer (Citroën) and not the dealer. All the staff were helpful and professional and made efforts to secure the vehicle as fast as possible.
    Collection and handover was easy and Thomas ensured that we received the right information and introduction to the in and outs of EV's.
    We would recommend Vertu Citroen Burton to others and would be happy to return in the future.

    Very good knowledge helpfull and pleasant. Sadly not much in perks for a bristol st branch compared to others but sales lady for mobilty excellent very nice showroom.had a dif experience at bristol st derby as had lots of goodies but its probably the cupra brand also cash off.however i find this dealer amazing .nothing too much trouble even the service dog in training. Pity i couldnr get diesel or petrol but befgars xarnt be choosers must say she was excellent with adaptations ty. See soon
