    I want to take the opportunity to comment on my purchasing
    experience at Brindley Hyundai Cannock.

    I was trying to select a make and model of car via the Motability
    Scheme for a number of weeks with little success and was
    getting frustrated at being told about long lead times and
    a negative attitude by some dealerships. I spotted an advert
    for Brindley and made a call which was answered by John Ellis.

    My 30 years experience in customer services immediately
    told me that I’d found someone that I would be comfortable
    dealing with and I engaged with him from the onset.

    John has an easy going manner making you feel at ease
    and comfortable when communicating. He has an excellent
    product knowledge and I detected that he could tailor this
    and not overburden people just wanting the basics but ramp
    that up to folk with a thirst for car specs.

    At no time in the process did I feel pressured into making
    a decision about anything and at the same time John kept
    the lines of communication open updating me on progress
    about the car.

    On picking the car up John delivered all the customer services
    values I’ve previously described and the process was concluded
    with the same trust as if it was done by a close friend. In a nutshell,
    he is an asset to Brindley.
