    On collection of our car Tony was very friendly and cheerful.
    Firstly he informed us that because it was a mobility car it didn't come with mats, but they could sell us them for £150,on a £40k car that wasn't really acceptable.
    Secondly the cars fuel was empty showing a range of 0 miles. We had to go straight to the petrol station worried we might run out, considering its a mobility car this was stressful in itself as for the issues this would have caused. The car has a 57ltr tank and we put in 56ltrs.
    This was our first experience of a Honda dealership. Not great.

    Thanks for the reply, but I wouldn't have called it completely positive review regarding handing a car over that's about to run out of fuel!

    On Arrival Luke the Mobility adviser made us feel very Welcome helped us with everything we needed to know about our new Honda car, and through out the process waiting for the car to be delivered was in contact keeping us updated what was going on great guy went above and beyond for us.

    I felt like I was important in the dealership even though I'm a motability customer I felt treated like I was a normal member of the working public. I will gladly be dealing with Brindley Honda cannock in future luke was brilliant made me feel important excellent treatment from a very nice helpful salesman

    Sorry but after my experience I will not be comming here again I had to have a hire car as my car was found to have a serious oil leak instead of letting me have a courtesy car I was given a car not similar to my own Honda jazz but a Toyota CRV from europcar hire the car was unusable for 2days as the car fob battery was flat the car had not been cleaned and smells of dogs and there are stains all over the interior it was impossible to contact europcar by phone and their website is useless I attempted to open the car with the key but the alarm went of So I had no choice but to phone mobility who got the A A to come out and fit a new battery in the key fob I would have had a courtesy car from Honda but I was not offered this option
