    The only area of dissatisfaction is that they don’t clean or wash the cars

    I'm only giving 4* due to the fact that I was asked to pay £3.50 for 12 miles driven in a courtesy car. The marker on the petrol hadn't moved so i didn't put any in - I only had £5 and wasn't offered any change. I thought it was a little steep. Apart from that everything else was great
