    Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding your recent experience with our Service department at Brindley MG Wolverhampton.

    I have had a quick look into the circumstances on when you came into the dealership to have your car serviced on the 23rd July 2024.

    I can see that your vehicle was booked into the workshop at 09:18 in the morning for a service and for a Carplay fault diagnosis. We messaged you at 12:01 to advise your vehicle was now ready for collection. The vehicle was booked in for the morning so there is some confusion as to why the poor review, there was an understanding we would need the vehicle until the afternoon.

    You mentioned in your review, we left you waiting and we responded because you called us, the service department dealt with your service and diagnosis efficiently and had the vehicle back to you in under 4 hours. I'm sure you can understand it would not have been correct for the service department to message you before the vehicle was complete, that would have created a situation where you would have come to collect the car and it wasn't ready, that of course would not have been ideal.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused and we look forward to seeing you again in the future

    Zero customer care when collecting the car from the rep and when the car was returned back to me from the dealership they didn’t even have the courtesy to wash the outside of the car . That’s a first for me from a dealership. And then the video I was sent regarding my car update from the dealership was totally in audible and would not play. It was just static noise with the figure of a man standing there moving his arms. .

    I see that you did not purchase your car from our Wolverhampton branch or our sister site in Cannock, but from another company altogether. Therefore, I can't comment on the customer care of there reps during the handover process.

    Regarding the wash of your car, I have informed management, and they are looking into it. We always strive to improve, and here at Wolverhampton, we are among the top 5 MG dealers in the country based on site reviews. We take customer feedback very seriously and are addressing this issue with urgency, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    As for the recording, we use high-quality software to capture the videos. If there was an issue with downloading the video, we can certainly resend it to you. Typically, an audible issue might be due to a coding problem during the download process, which we can easily rectify by resending the video if needed.
