    Booked my service in months in advance and made it very clear I need a courtesy car and when I got there at the time they told they said no car was available had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to sort it out.

    Phenomenal services all round.
    My A class's first MOT. Sadly had a few issues. But where fixed and replaced, extremely quickly. Collected and delivered my car to me. Even did a full valet on my car. What more can you ask for ? 10 out 5 service quality! Thank you to all at Mercedes Benz of Coventry.

    7 weeks to even get an appointment for a breakdown? Then a week to complete because nobody available for test drive when the only thing wrong with the car was a hole in the sidewall of a tyre. Very poor quality customer service.
