    Fabulous customer service. Listers collect and deliver my vehicle which is a great help as I drive a wheelchair adapted vehicle with electronic hand controls and I am unable to get my chair into an an ordinary vehicle and cannot drive without hand controls. Jordan is very helpful and always phones to update me on any work that has been done. He is a very pleasant young man and it is a pleasure to deal with him.

    Was told days before that my service and mot could be done on the same day. Was advised to drop vehicle off at 8am so they could
    Do both. I dropped it off at 8am. Had phone call at 1pm to say they couldn’t do the mot as only had one mot tester in. Vehicle wasn’t ready to be collected until 5:30pm and they’re unable to do the mot for another two weeks . Poor service and poor communication.

Whilst we endeavour to keep to any timescales given, occasionally this falls short of our normal levels of service. We will of course use this feedback to help improve our service moving forwards.     3rd January foults found repair s to follow.
    2nd march foults from January still not repaired.
    Foults consiste of Oil Leaks from Turbo,
    tires, 3 out of date and bold,
    Breake pads and Disc,
    exhaust pipe rusty and leaking

    Against the current countrywide lack of customer service it appears Listers are certainly bucking the trend. Faultless from pick up to delivery with a vehicle wash and vacuum thrown in. Faultless and deserved of recognition, given I've not been particularly enamoured with them in years gone by.
