Upon review, we can confirm that the mileage was recorded consistently by three separate team members—our Service Advisor, MOT Tester, and Workshop Controller—all noting the same figure when the vehicle was brought in and throughout its time with us.
Since the vehicle only moved within our premises, it’s highly unlikely the mileage would have changed. We kindly suggest double-checking, as it may have been a misunderstanding.
