    I requested call backs. Eventually I got through to Lisa who booked me in. The salesman I spoke to Darren was very helpful. Explained features whilst I explained my needs so we could decide on a suitable car. He was very knowledgeable and explained next steps

    I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent service visit. While the service itself was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the conduct of the reception staff during vehicle collection.

    I was referred to as having a "Motability car" rather than simply being told my vehicle was ready. This made me feel very uncomfortable and, in my view, was unprofessional. If I been accompanied by someone unaware of my disability, this lack of discretion would have been even more distressing. In the future, I would appreciate it if staff simply referred to the vehicle by its make or model.
