    Steve was our specialist and he was very professional very informative and polite, he made sure we knew the process from the first appointment with him, on handover he went through the car set up the blue link app for us and made sure we were fully comfortable before driving away he also said if we have any questions do not hesitate to call. We couldn't of asked for a nicer man to guide us through our first car.
