    I'm really impressed with Vertu Ford, West Bromwich & Lella Harding (motability specialist). Not only did they give a 5 star service, from selecting my next, new motability car, right until I drove off their forecourt in my new Ford Puma.
    I was especially impressed & felt individually valued, as there was a huge red bow on the bonnet of my new car, which I've never had with any of my previous motability vehicles.
    Lella Harding was outstanding & kept me informed at every step & was always available when I rang... She's an asset to Vertu Ford, West Bromwich & to motability.
