    Tuesday 17/12/24 car went in for engine management error warning. Received phone call later that day to say the oil needed changing as it was worn out. I heard nothing further off them until I chased it up on Thursday 19th and was told it would be looked at again on Friday 20th. Waited all day Friday and still no call off them. Chased up on Monday 23rd and told they had just finished. Collected car mid day Monday 23rd. Checked dash cam and can see they had car in workshop for just 1 hour Friday morning, it was complete by 11.45am. This is typical of the poor service they give at this dealership, 6 days without the car to just change the oil!!
    Never again, I'll be looking at different dealerships next time I'm due for a new motability car.

    Did the service and mot fine
    However didn’t call me to say when car was being returned. I was stuck on a call and couldn’t answer door, so keys and paperwork were put through letterbox and some of the work isn’t mentioned on the paperwork so I’ve no idea if they found out what was wrong with my car door or not? Seems to be working ok but would have been nice to have more communication throughout the day.

    Car services was brilliant, they asked if we wanted the car washed, we said yes by the time we got the car back they hadn't washed it. Very disappointed they lied to us about washing our motability car.
