    Not friendly just wanted the money for advance payment. No paperwork no help very poor as this is our second Motability car. Especially as we waited over 6 months for our dream car .Leaving disabled customers feeling second rate & inferior such a shame ….

I understand how frustrating it must be to be without a vehicle, but sadly it is a waiting game for dealerships up and down the country.
