- Rating 1.0Jan 22, 2026The comms and team were great except when i arrived they hadnt valeted the car or warned me they were not going to do this. All I asked was not to spray extra chemicals inside the car but cleaning was fine. To not even clean the outside or hoover was very disappointing and they should have spoken to me about this in advance of pick up to discuss the issue. Added since feedback given completely misses the point I would have chosen to have the valet with chemicals and aired the car but for you not to tell me until after you had given me the keys on arrival for pick up that you were not going to clean it at all and to have not discussed this with me prior to my arrival is the issue. I was not even offered a complimentary valet to make up for this. We should be treated like any other customer.
